If you can not participate, then you may receive a credit of 50% towards a future Mountain Man event, but you must notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org, and you must qualify for one of the following scenarios:
Regardless of the reason, if you notify us more than 30 days before the event, then you will receive a 50% credit towards a future Mountain Man event. This credit only covers the entry fee and not any additional service, processing, or USAT fees.
If you have a medical reason, then you must submit written notice along with a doctors note that advises us that you are not able to participate. This letter must be received at least 10 days prior to the event date in order to receive your 50% credit.This credit only covers the entry fee and not any additional service, processing, or USAT fees.
Extenuating circumstances:If you have an injury, death in the family, or medical emergency less than 14 days from the event, then you must submit notification to us in writing and we will consider credits on a case by case basis. This notice must be received at least 72 hours before the event. No credits will be given without 72 hours prior written notice.
